NEW: Azure OpenAI Service

Hey everyone! 

Just a quick update, you can now get access to the Azure OpenAI Service HERE. 

Be sure to join our Discord & check into the channel #microsoftdevelopersailearninghackathon-checkin to get access to our hackathon specific channels for frequent updates and any questions answered! 

If you've compeleted Part 1 of the challenge already, remember to take a screenshot of the completion email (should receive within 24-48 hours of completing).
