Model error

If block [7] in the jupyter notebook
https://github.com/AzureCosmosDB/Azure-OpenAI-Python-Developer-Guide/blob/main/Labs/lab_0_explore_and_use_models.ipynb
gives an error, replace 'model="completions"' with 'model="gpt-4"'.
