ServerSelectionTimeoutError: SSL handshake failed

Hello everyone... I'm doing the Microsoft Developers AI Learning Hackathon and I've gotten to a point in one of the labs where anything I try isn't working. We are meant to create a Mongo database, collection and document from the Python program but everything I try leads to this error: ServerSelectionTimeoutError: SSL handshake failed.
