Unable to Enroll

When I click on 'Join the challenge' I get this error
Well, that's embarrassing; we were unable to enroll you.

  The Microsoft Team is experiencing technical issues for both Part 1 and Part 2. Please be patient as they're actively trying to fix the problems! You may encounter an error/try again message.
